Size measurement

The shirt sizes S, M, L, and XL are based on European sizes. Those sizes are often different between cultures and countries. Here is a table that show measurements in centimeters for all clothing. You can measure your favorite T-shirt, and find the similar size below:



Please allow for a variation of 1 cm, the shirts are sometimes slightly different within the same size, depends on the printing batch. Here are explanation of how they are measured in centimenters:

	Chest, measuring across the chest
	Length, measuring from absolut top to absolut bottom
	Shoulder, measuring from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
	Sleeve, measuring from shoulder seam to end of sleeve

Shipping

Items are shipped from Norway by priority airmail.

There is no tracking number available, unfortunately.

Shipping is calculated by weight. The Norwegian postal system has 100, 350 and 1000 grams limits, so when your order jumps from one to another it can suddenly get expensive. FYI, a CD weighs around 100 grams, a T-shirt between 100 and 200 grams depending on size/fabric.

Norwegian postal rates are CRAZY expensive! In particular for Americans right now. I apologize for this. As soon as my world domination plans come thru, I shall fix up better shipping rates.

Norwegian Post separates post in three geographic areas:
Norway, 1-3 days
Europe, 2-7 days, depending on distance/postal worker efficiency
Rest-of-world, 5-15 days, depending on distance/postal worker efficiency

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

I strive to deliver the utmost quality at the utmost speed, with the utmost pleasure, and utmost utmostness, but actual delivery are in the hands of our friends the postal service. Sometimes unexpected events occur.

Returned products because you think they suck will be refunded upon return of product in pristine condition, minus my shipping costs.

Broken or damaged goods will be refunded or reshipped, but you have to return it first so I can sue the local post office and get our shipping money back.

Wrong size?

I sort of DO NOT WANT to provide a return service for wrong sizes. Shipping is crazy expensive, for both of us. I cannot keep sending you items until you find one that fits, ok? MAKE SURE you choose the right shirt. There are exact sizing information available at the top of this page.

If you really screw up and order the wrong size and really, really, really need to change it, because you look too fat, or keep getting blown to sea, send an email first and beg. If I'm in a good mood and you bow deeply enough, I might sort something out.

I live in Norway. Can I buy directly from you and pay with normal bank transfer?

Yes, send an email to mall@uncannyplanet.com with your exact order and postal address, and I'll respond with your price in NOK and a bank account number for transfer.

Do you ship "postoppkrav" in Norway?

Yes, same as above, drop an email with your order. But please observe Postens oppkravsgebyr, approx NOK 70, will be added to the final cost.
